Slicing through the early winter spell, the heart-warming cultural extravaganza presented by the students of Classes VI to XII left an indelible mark on the packed amphitheatre. Celebrating the Annual Day cum Scholar Badge Ceremony 2025, the event witnessed the felicitation of over 1300 scholars from Classes II to XII who brought laurels in both scholastic and co-scholastic domains. Professor Rajive Kumar, Vice Chancellor of J. C. Bose University of Science and Technology, Faridabad, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Earmarking yet another year of brilliance across varied disciplines, the Annual School Report offered an insightful overview of achievements at the district, state, national and international levels, upholding the institution’s commitment to holistic development. The mellifluous notes of the school choir set the tone for the evening, beautifully complementing the high-octane group dance Beats of Bharat, a resplendent tribute to India’s diverse folk traditions. The stage adaptation of The Casket Scene from William Shakespeare’s The Merchant of Venice mesmerised the audience with its impeccable performances, striking visual aesthetics and powerful dramatic rhythm, conveying a timeless message about not judging things by appearance.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. U. S. Verma, the Director Principal warmly welcomed the Chief Guest, parents, grandparents, dignitaries, expressing profound pride in the students’ achievements and gratitude for the unflinching support of all stakeholders. Enthralled by the bevy of outstanding stage presentations, the Hon’ble Chief Guest appreciated the participants and the faculty for their exceptional artistry, meticulous preparation and unwavering dedication to excellence. The event culminated with the Vote of Thanks delivered gracefully by the Head Girl and Head Boy. The curtains were drawn with a soulful and stirring rendition of the National Anthem in unison—bringing the magnificent evening to a befitting close.

The dignitaries- Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey (Union Minister), Ministry of Heavy Industries, Shri Kapil Dev Aggarwal, Minister of State, Vocational Education and Skill Development Department, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Shri. Vijay Partap Singh, DCP Crime, Gurugram, Shri Alok Mittal, Additional Director General of Police, Haryana, Dr. Sanjeev Singh, Medical Director, Amrita Hospital, Faridabad – were accorded a warm welcome by Dr. Udai Verma, Director Principal, the members of the Society and the Managing Committee. Post the lamp lighting ceremony, the powerful rendition of the original composition- ‘Namo Namo’ by the school choir, offering a glowing tribute to the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi garnered a thunderous applause. Releasing the school magazine- ‘Udaan- The Flight to the Future’, Dr. Verma along with the esteemed guests unveiled the literary prowess of the students across different age groups who penned their articles, poems and stories on diverse themes ranging from hope, humour to courage and leadership. More than 1500 young learners were felicitated with tablets, scholarships, blue blazers and ties for their exemplary academic and co-curricular feats in the Prize Distribution Ceremony that was conducted in a phased manner. The event culminated with the magnum opus, हौसलों के बादशाह– The Man of Valour- Shri Narendra Modi, a tribute to the remarkable journey of an ordinary man who scaled extraordinary heights. Directed by the renowned thespian, Mr. Shailendra Goel, the three hour cultural extravaganza that exhibited the flair for dance, music and drama of the joyous hearts received a standing ovation. Lauding the outstanding presentation, Dr. Udai Verma inspired one and all to rise above the trials and tribulations of life with courage and determination. He shared how the life of our Hon’ble Prime Minister bears testimony to the fact that success comes to those who relentlessly persevere and remain dedicated to the vision of creating a progressive society. Delivering her vote of thanks, Ms. Madhu Malik, the Vice Principal, extended her gratitude to the entire fraternity of Modern Dipsites who put in Herculean efforts to ensure the success of the grand event. With the culmination of the spectacle spectacular, the emboldened hearts now look forward to the resplendent horizons of learning, all set to etch their names in the hall of fame with renewed vigour.
